About Randy Hubbs:
As a real estate agent and active investor in the Tri-Cities, I am here to provide you with all the resources and information you need to buy or sell real estate. As “Investment Housing Specialists”, my wife Jana and I have over 35 years of experience as investors in single and multi-family income producing property here in our local market as well as in other emerging markets throughout the US and internationally.
If you are considering purchasing investment property, the first question you should always ask an agent is “Do YOU invest in real estate?” As a native Tri-Citian, I am an expert in our local market. My training in real estate marketing and investing goes far beyond the local and state courses and I have had the opportunity to study and learn from many of the top experts in this field. About Jana Hubbs:
Jana Hubbs graduated from Central Washington University with a MEd with special emphasis in Special Education and later received her administrative credentials. She is the Administrative Assistant/CFO for Investment Housing Specialists / Equity 1 st Home Group. Jana has been investing along-side her husband, Randy, for over 39 years in single and multi-family income producing properties, not only in the local market, but in other emerging markets throughout the US and internationally.
With Jana’s teaching and administrative experience in public education, along with her vast knowledge in accounting, financial and data management, she is able to review and identify income/expense percentage rates, effectively manage property managers for their portfolio, and identify what’s either right about a situation or what needs to change before extensive time/money is exhausted.
Over the past several years after retiring from the educational setting, she has had the privilege of working closely and traveling with Randy. Jana continues to support her passion for individuals with disabilities and is working toward establishing a system for providing affordable, safe, efficient housing for adults with disabilities.
About Kevin Glenn:
Kevin Glenn’s background in education, construction, and real estate investing give him the qualities to provide a supreme property management service to both owners and residents. As an active real estate investor, he sees property management through the eyes of an investor, while also providing the proper care and customer service to residents. Born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Kevin has in-depth knowledge of the community.
He graduated from Richland high school, received his AA degree from Columbia Basin College, and BAE in music education from Central Washington University. Kevin has worked in the Tri-Cities as a music educator for the past 16 years. While pursuing his formal education, he worked on a construction crew building custom homes and also worked with a separate landscaping company as well. During this time he gained valuable knowledge and skills about construction and maintenance. This skill-set lead him to the beginning of his real estate endeavors. In 2004 he began helping a local investor with remodeling and flipping houses, which became the catalyst for his newfound passion in real estate investing and property management. In 2006 he began managing properties for his mentor and through those successes, created a substantial portfolio of properties solely based on referrals.
In 2009, He purchased his first investment property, which has now led to ownership of multiple doors in other markets domestically and internationally. Just as his investment portfolio has grown, so has his experience and knowledge of property management. He surrounds himself with mentors and continues to expand his knowledge and education in real estate investing and property management in order to provide the highest level of service to his property owners. About Omar Farias:
Omar Farias has been involved in property management and leasing for more than 2 years and brings a unique skill set to leasing properties. His honesty, integrity, efficiency, and work ethic make him a huge asset to our company. He is fluent in both English and Spanish,
and has a warm personality with the ability to communicate well with others. Mr. Farias has lived in the Tri-Cities for almost 20 years and understands the diversity each town brings when it comes to the culture, neighborhoods and ethnicities. With the constant changes in social media, online marketing, and technology, Omar prides himself with being able to stay up to date with what’s new and the various tools people are using to search for rentals. These qualities have given him great success in leasing properties and finding you the right tenant.
